       On July 7, 2023, PetroChina Hainan Sales Co., Ltd. and FireBright New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'FireBright') signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Haikou, marking a substantial initiation of comprehensive collaboration between the two parties.
